Shipping, Refunds, Cancellation Policies

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Processing Time:

Please take consideration that we need at least one week to complete your order. In some instances we may have your order sooner.

Postage:

  • SHIPPING IS INCLUDED IN ALL PRICES
  • Orders will ship only USA thorough Priority mail, can take up to 3-4 business days to arrive so please leave plenty of notice. No guarantees can be given with postal orders through USPS post.
  • We take full care when handling your cookies/treats and we do everything we can to prevent the possibility of damage in transit. However we do not take responsibility once they are dropped off for shipping, or when we are provided an incorrect address. We cannot be responsible for the way your package is handled while in shipping/transit nor will we be responsible for delays, lost or stolen packages or melted items for the time your carrier takes to deliver once its been loaded on their truck.
  • All postal orders will be sent in advance for your event date. However we do not take responsibility for postal delays and do not guarantee an arrival date.

Refunds:

In order to be eligible for a refund your cookie/treats must either:

  • Have the incorrect spelling
  • Have the incorrect design

If the above applies to your order we gladly accept your refund once photo evidence is shown.

Returns Policy:

  • As our products are customized food items, we are enable to accept returns. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
  • We take full care when handling your cookies/treats and do everything we can to prevent the possibility of damage in transit. However we do not take responsibility once they leave our hands and hold no liability for damage in transit.
  • We love nothing more than to capture our creations! One Celebration At A Time reserves the right to use images and videos across our social media accounts for marketing purposes. We will always wait until after your event date to share.

Cancellations:

We understand that anticipated events happen and you may need to cancel your order.

  • Cancellations made after full payment is received but 7 days or more in advance of the event date will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before your event will result in your full payment . As within this time your order is already in production.
